En outre, 74% des plaintes sont class\u00e9es sans suite (Ipsos, 2019).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>6,7 millions de fran\u00e7ais ont subi de l\u2019inceste, dont 78% de femmes et dans 97% des cas, l\u2019incesteur est un homme (Enqu\u00eate Virage, 2020).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Dans 91% des cas, le violeur est un proche de la victime<br>Pour 1 femme sur 6, l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans la sexualit\u00e9 se fait par un rapport non consenti. Pour 36% des r\u00e9pondantes, ce rapport a eu lieu avant leurs 15 ans (Enqu\u00eate Nous Toutes, 2020).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>42% des fran\u00e7ais pensent que si la victime a eu une attitude jug\u00e9e provocante en public, la responsabilit\u00e9 du violeur est att\u00e9nu\u00e9e. Dans les m\u00eames lignes, 32% des fran\u00e7ais pensent \u00ab <em>qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019un viol, il y a souvent un malentendu <\/em>\u00bb (Ipsos, 2019).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>17% des fran\u00e7ais pensent encore que quand une femme dit non, elle veut en fait dire oui. 18% des fran\u00e7ais continuent de penser que lors d\u2019une relation sexuelle, les femmes prennent plaisir \u00e0 \u00eatre forc\u00e9es (Ipsos, 2019).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que la \u00ab Culture du viol \u00bb ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Mise en lumi\u00e8re par les mouvements f\u00e9ministes d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1970, la notion de \u00ab culture du viol \u00bb renvoie \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont le viol, les victimes de viol et les violeurs sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans l\u2019imaginaire collectif d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Selon la journaliste Val\u00e9rie Rey Robert, autrice du livre <em>Une culture du viol \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise<\/em> (\u00e9ditions Libertalia, 2020), la culture du viol se d\u00e9finit par l\u2019adh\u00e9sion aux st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes qui entourent ces trois <em>items <\/em>: \u00ab <em>on parle de \u2018\u2019culture\u2019\u2019 car ces id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues impr\u00e8gnent la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, se transmettent de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et \u00e9voluent au fil du temps<\/em> \u00bb, \u00e9crit-elle.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, une enqu\u00eate Ipsos publi\u00e9e en 2019 r\u00e9v\u00e8le que plus d\u2019un fran\u00e7ais sur deux consid\u00e8re que le risque de viol est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans l\u2019espace public, alors que 90% des viols sont commis par des proches de la victime. \u00ab <em>Le violeur, ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019autre : il fait partie des n\u00f4tres <\/em>\u00bb, r\u00e9sume le sociologue \u00c9ric Fassin au micro de <em>France Culture<\/em>, le 12 septembre 2017. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, plus d\u2019un tiers des fran\u00e7ais estiment que les viols sont principalement perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s sur des personnes majeures, alors que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des victimes d\u00e9clarent avoir subi les premi\u00e8res violences sexuelles avant 11 ans, et 81% avant 18 ans.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Autrement dit, la notion de culture du viol permet de contrer les mythes qui entravent la lutte contre les violences sexuelles en sensibilisant sur leur r\u00e9currence et leurs formes r\u00e9elles, tout en effectuant un recadrage : le viol n\u2019est pas une probl\u00e9matique individuelle (pathologique et isol\u00e9e), mais culturelle, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire permise par un continuum de comportements jug\u00e9s
