Renaissance (parti pr\u00e9sidentiel), qui disposait alors du plus grand nombre de si\u00e8ges au Parlement europ\u00e9en a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tr\u00f4n\u00e9 par le Rassemblement National (RN). Avec 31,37% des voix, ils y obtiennent 30 si\u00e8ges, n\u2019en laissant que 13 pour le camp pr\u00e9sidentiel. Face \u00e0 ces r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9concertants, Emmanuel Macron a pris la d\u00e9cision de dissoudre l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale le soir-m\u00eame en expliquant : \u00ab <em>La mont\u00e9e des nationalistes, des d\u00e9magogues est un danger pour notre nation. C\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vous redonner le choix de notre avenir parlementaire par le vote. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXesvY9sfxXLMPvF3iVTWMDAxS6ZWlAbi620-8O1lRP_3o9kKQclK-soti-DjlK7asFMxhr4eklA5VFfN2JGzeolHag8Bxpy-nzsrayuIwXVeRkmgZ6NAVakQwKqsXk1wkpHLIn3pGm5S9kWCd1d750?key=aXQoWQpmn_byItl2dFMZeZeU\" alt=\"Une image contenant feu, plein air, flamme, pollution\n\nLe contenu g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par l\u2019IA peut \u00eatre incorrect.\" \/>\n<figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>\u00a9 Alessandra CHIARADIA &#8211; Manifestation \u00e0 Lille (04\/12\/2024) contre la r\u00e9forme des retraites.<\/em><\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des \u00e9lections non-respect\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce que pr\u00e9voit la Constitution lorsque l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale est dissoute, de nouvelles \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives se sont tenues le 30 juin et le 7 juillet 2024. Pour faire barrage \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame droite, les formations de gauche ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019unir sous la banni\u00e8re du <em>Nouveau Front Populaire<\/em> (NFP). Leur objectif \u00e9tait clair : d\u00e9fendre les valeurs r\u00e9publicaines, que le RN ne cesse de bafouer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bien que les \u00e9lections aient abouti \u00e0 une majorit\u00e9 relative pour la gauche, avec 180 si\u00e8ges \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a choisi de nommer Michel Barnier (camp pr\u00e9sidentiel) en tant que premier ministre. Une d\u00e9cision vivement critiqu\u00e9e par la gauche et la population, qui n\u2019a pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 montrer son d\u00e9saccord en manifestant dans les rues.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La d\u00e9mocratie fragilis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019image de ceux qui l\u2019ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9, Michel Barnier a eu recours \u00e0 de nombreuses reprises \u00e0 l\u2019article 49.3 de la Constitution. Un passage permettant au gouvernement de faire passer des projets de loi en force, malgr\u00e9 le vote des d\u00e9put\u00e9s. Las de ne pas \u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9, le NFP a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une motion de censure, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9e \u00e0 331 voix, une premi\u00e8re depuis 1962. Il s\u2019agit du principal moyen dont dispose un parlement pour montrer sa d\u00e9sapprobation envers la politique en place. Le gouvernement Barnier a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint de d\u00e9missionner.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements illustre une crise d\u00e9mocratique profonde, o\u00f9 les d\u00e9cisions pr\u00e9sidentielles semblent s\u2019\u00e9loigner de plus en plus de la volont\u00e9 populaire exprim\u00e9e dans les
